Welcome to Bourn Church of England Primary Academy

As from 5 January 2021, Bourn Primary Academy will remain open for vulnerable children and children of Critical Workers. All other children will learn remotely until February half term. For links to home learning for 6 – 8 January, please click on Pupils tab and then your child’s class name. From 11 January work will be set via Google Classroom. Details will be sent out to parents this week. All general communication should be directed to office@bourn.cambs.sch.uk. Teachers can be emailed directly.

For any safeguarding concerns you can email head@bourn.cambs.sch.uk. You can also make a safeguarding referral if you have concerns about a child by phoning 0345 045 5203 (8-6pm Monday to Friday) or 01733 234 724 (out of hours). You do not have to give your name and your conversation will be treated confidentially.

Home School Agreement Autumn 2020: During the current pandemic, there are a number of changes to our normal practice. The new Home School Agreement for 2020 outlines the expectations for the school, parents and children.

Drop off and pick up times: Details of drop off and pick up times can be found here. Please can parents remember that they should remain 2 metres from each other, and that the new law is that people should gather in groups of fewer than 6 people and this includes children.

Reporting absence: If your child, or any member of your household, has any symptoms of coronavirus, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL. Please refer to the Guide for Parents here. Please report ALL absences, including Covid-related illnesses, or information about family members with symptoms to the NEW EMAIL ADDRESS absencereporting@bourn.cambs.sch.uk. You must also inform us via this email address of any Covid Test.
